1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the phiwn online casino and gaming website accessible at phiwn.cam and any associated mobile applications, software, or services operated by phiwn.
• "User," "You," "Player," or "Account Holder" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the Platform's services.
• "We," "Us," "Our," or "phiwn" refers to the operator of the Platform and its authorized representatives, agents, and affiliates.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player to access Platform services, containing personal information, transaction history, and gaming activity.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed by a Player on casino games, sports events, or other gaming products offered on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in a Player's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and applicable bonuses.

• "Withdrawal" refers to the process by which a Player requests to transfer funds from their Account Balance to an external payment method.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

All Players must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use phiwn services. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under Philippine law and the laws of your residence.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

Players accessing phiwn from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. phiwn reserves the right to restrict or terminate Accounts from jurisdictions where our services are not legally permitted.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Valid date of birth proving eligibility under age requirements
• Current residential address within the Philippines
• Active mobile phone number registered in the Philippines
• Valid email address for account communications
• Secure password meeting phiwn security requirements

2.4 Account Limitations

Each individual Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account with phiwn. Creation of multiple Accounts, duplicate registrations, or attempts to circumvent Account restrictions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

2.5 Verification Procedures

phiwn reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification cards, utility bills, bank statements, or payment method verification. Players must provide requested documentation within seven (7) calendar days. Failure to provide adequate verification may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Confidentiality of Login Credentials

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including username and password. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party and to immediately notify phiwn if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized or unauthorized, until phiwn receives written notice of potential security compromise.

3.2 Prohibited Account Sharing

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Players are strictly prohibited from allowing any other person to access or use their Account. Sharing login credentials, permitting family members or friends to wager using your Account, or otherwise facilitating third-party access constitutes a violation of these Terms.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

Players must ensure that all information provided to phiwn remains current and accurate. You agree to promptly update your Account information if your contact details, payment methods, or personal circumstances change. phiwn is not liable for any consequences arising from outdated or incorrect Account information, including but not limited to failed transactions, missed communications, or delayed withdrawals.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phiwn accepts deposits via various payment methods popular among Filipino players, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, online bank transfers from Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Landbank, and others), and other payment processors as displayed on the Platform. Available payment methods may vary based on Player location, Account status, and regulatory requirements.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

Each payment method is subject to minimum and maximum deposit limits as specified on the Platform at the time of transaction. phiwn reserves the right to modify these limits at any time without prior notice. Players are responsible for reviewing applicable limits before initiating deposits.

4.3 Processing Times and Fees

Most deposits are processed instantly and credited to Player Accounts within sixty (60) seconds. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and third-party payment processor performance. phiwn does not charge deposit fees, but Players acknowledge that their payment provider may impose transaction fees which are the sole responsibility of the Player.

4.4 Source of Funds

All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared payment methods, or sources that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account Holder will be rejected and returned. Players represent and warrant that all deposited funds are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of illegal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Procedures

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

Players may request withdrawals of their Account Balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification procedures and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the Platform's designated withdrawal interface accessible from the Account dashboard.

5.2 Verification Requirements for Withdrawals

5.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to verification completion. However, phiwn reserves the right to extend processing times up to seven (7) business days for enhanced security reviews, large withdrawal amounts exceeding ₱100,000, or first-time withdrawals requiring additional verification.

5.4 Withdrawal Methods and Limitations

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits unless phiwn approves an alternative method for valid reasons. Minimum withdrawal amounts, maximum withdrawal limits, and available withdrawal methods are displayed on the Platform and may vary based on Player VIP status, Account history, and payment processor capabilities.

5.5 Withdrawal Cancellation

Players may cancel pending withdrawal requests at any time before phiwn processes the withdrawal. Once a withdrawal has been processed and funds have been transmitted to the Player's designated payment method, the transaction cannot be reversed by phiwn.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers provided by phiwn are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the promotional materials and bonus terms applicable to each offer. Not all Players may be eligible for all bonuses. phiwn reserves the right to exclude Players from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion, including but not limited to Players with suspected bonus abuse patterns, multiple Accounts, or fraudulent activity.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered through eligible games. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements, with contribution percentages displayed in the bonus terms.

6.3 Maximum Bet Restrictions

While wagering bonus funds, Players are subject to maximum bet restrictions as specified in the bonus terms, typically ₱100 per bet or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Exceeding maximum bet restrictions while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

6.4 Bonus Expiration and Forfeiture

Bonuses expire after a specified time period, typically thirty (30) days from issuance unless otherwise stated. Unused bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from Player Accounts upon expiration. Players forfeit all bonus funds and winnings if they request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements or if they engage in prohibited activities outlined in Section 8.

7. Gaming Rules and Wagering Requirements

In cases of disputed results, abandoned events, or postponed matches, phiwn's decision on bet settlement is final and binding.

Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or abuse directed at dealers or other players may result in immediate removal from the table and potential Account suspension.

7.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of technical malfunctions, game errors, incorrect odds display, or software defects, phiwn reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes. Players must report any suspected malfunctions or errors immediately upon discovery. Continued play after becoming aware of a malfunction may result in voiding of all related wagers and winnings.

8. Prohibited Activities and Account Restrictions

8.1 Fraudulent Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to deposit funds
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Creating multiple Accounts to abuse bonuses or circumvent restrictions
• Colluding with other Players to gain unfair advantages
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place wagers
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes for financial gain
• Engaging in money laundering or terrorist financing activities
• Chargebacks or payment reversals without legitimate grounds

8.2 Consequences of Prohibited Activities

Players found engaging in prohibited activities face immediate consequences including but not limited to: Account suspension or permanent closure; forfeiture of all Account balances, bonuses, and winnings; reversal of withdrawals; legal action to recover damages; and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities. phiwn reserves the right to withhold payments and confiscate funds obtained through fraudulent means.

8.3 Account Suspension and Closure

phiwn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion if we reasonably believe the Account is being used in violation of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in any manner that could harm phiwn, other Players, or the integrity of our gaming platform. Account closure decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

9. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

9.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

phiwn is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting Players from the potential harms of problem gambling. We provide tools and resources to help Players maintain control over their gaming activities and recognize when gaming behavior may be becoming problematic.

9.2 Self-Limitation Tools

Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and wagering limits through their Account settings. Once set, these limits cannot be increased immediately; any increase request requires a cooling-off period of at least twenty-four (24) hours before taking effect. Decreases to limits take effect immediately upon request.

9.3 Self-Exclusion Options

Players who feel they need a break from gaming may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to six (6) months, or permanently. During self-exclusion periods, Players cannot access their Accounts, receive promotional communications, or create new Accounts. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed until the exclusion period expires.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability

While phiwn strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. phiwn shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, technical difficulties, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10.2 Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate third-party services including payment processors, game providers, and data suppliers. phiwn is not responsible for the performance, availability, or accuracy of third-party services. Players acknowledge that interactions with third-party providers are subject to those providers' separate terms and conditions.

10.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phiwn's total aggregate liability to any Player for all claims arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by that Player into their Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is lower.

10.4 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. phiwn disclaims all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of information.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

11.2 Complaint Procedures

Players who wish to file a complaint regarding phiwn services must first contact our customer support team via email or live chat, providing detailed information about the nature of the complaint. phiwn will investigate all complaints and provide a written response within fourteen (14) business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, Players may escalate complaints to the applicable regulatory authority.

11.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation or arbitration before pursuing litigation. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English in Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center.

12. Amendments to Terms

12.1 Right to Modify Terms

phiwn reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email, on-site notification, or prominent display on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision date.

12.2 Acceptance of Amendments

Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Players who do not agree with amended Terms must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and may close their Accounts by contacting customer support. Closure of Accounts due to Terms amendments does not affect rights or obligations that accrued prior to closure.
